Big Moose Resort is open year round. Located less than 3 miles from Cooke City, Montana and a scant 7 miles to Yellowstone’s northeast entrance (Lamar Valley) on US highway 212 also known as the Beartooth All American Highway. If you like to hike, backpack, snowshoe, four wheel, snowmobile, fish, hunt, sightsee, view animals, ski or if you prefer to just relax, it all starts here. We have Cabins, and RV Sites all ready to go.
